Most chalet land for sale in the Laurentides is in a residential zone where short-term rental is not explicitly authorized — operating an Airbnb risks a municipal infraction notice. Project Heritage is the exception: Sainte-Adèle wrote tourism-residence use directly into zoning by-law 1314-2010-Z, eliminating the gray area. The official by-law copy is available from this page.

How do I get the full price list?

What do septic and well cost?

Plan $25,000–$40,000 for a Q-2, r. 22-compliant septic system (depends on soil) and $12,000–$20,000 for an artesian well. Percolation tests and municipal permits required before work begins.

Can I owner-build?

Yes. Owner-building is allowed, or you can freely choose your RBQ-licensed contractor. No builder is imposed by the project. Plans and finishes to your vision, subject to the aesthetic standards in the co-ownership declaration.

Am I required to use a management company?

No. Project Heritage imposes no manager or rental company. You can self-manage (Airbnb, Vrbo) or pick any local manager at a rate you negotiate yourself.

What is the average Airbnb yield in the Laurentides?
