Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we collect, why, how it is protected, and how to exercise your rights. It complies with Quebec's Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Law 25).

What we collect
- Contact info (name, email, phone) entered in our forms.
- Anonymous browsing data (pages viewed, traffic source).
- Language preference and newsletter subscription history.
Purposes
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, send the documents you requested, schedule a call or site visit, and — if you explicitly consent — let you know about new inventory.
Retention
Prospect contact info is kept for 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; an unsubscribe link is in every email.
Your rights
You can at any time: view your data, request its correction, deletion or transfer. Email [email protected] with subject "Law 25". We respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is hosted in Canada on encrypted servers, with access restricted to the Heritage team and an email delivery vendor bound by a confidentiality agreement. We never sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
We use essential cookies (language preference, admin session) and, with your consent, anonymized analytics (GA4 with IP truncation). You can block them in your browser without breaking the main navigation.
