How do I get the full price list?

The price list is available on request. Submit your email via the contact form to receive the up-to-date list, the project PDF plan, and the KMZ file for Google Earth.

What do septic and well cost?

Plan $25,000–$40,000 for a Q-2, r. 22-compliant septic system (depends on soil) and $12,000–$20,000 for an artesian well. Percolation tests and municipal permits required before work begins.

Can I owner-build?

Yes. Owner-building is allowed, or you can freely choose your RBQ-licensed contractor. No builder is imposed by the project. Plans and finishes to your vision, subject to the aesthetic standards in the co-ownership declaration.

Am I required to use a management company?

No. Project Heritage imposes no manager or rental company. You can self-manage (Airbnb, Vrbo) or pick any local manager at a rate you negotiate yourself.

What is the average Airbnb yield in the Laurentides?

Well-managed chalets in Sainte-Adèle typically run 60-75% occupancy and $250-$450 ADR, for $60,000-$110,000 gross annual revenue. The two operating Airbnbs in the project (Chic Contemporain, Chic Bois-Rond) have verifiable history on Airbnb.

What is a typical total cost to build a chalet?

For a 1,500–2,000 sq ft turnkey four-season chalet, plan $350,000–$550,000 CAD depending on finishes and chosen RBQ contractor. Excludes land, well drilling and septic (~$35-60,000 extra).

Is there a co-ownership declaration?

Yes. A co-ownership declaration governs certain common aspects of the project (servitudes, construction standards, aesthetics). The full document is available on request for serious buyers. Review with your notary before signing.

What is the typical lot size?

The average lot in Project Heritage is roughly 40,000 sq ft (≈ 0.92 acre). A few lots exceed 50,000 sq ft. See the official price list for per-lot exact areas.

Are there already operating chalets in the project?

Yes. Phase 1 of the project has been delivered and operating since 2018. At least two chalets are active Airbnbs with public revenue history: 'Chic Contemporain' and 'Chic Bois-Rond'. Airbnb listing links are on The project page — concrete viability proof before purchase. The current phase (70+ certified lots starting at $119,000 CAD) is already more than 50 % sold.

Is Airbnb really permitted in the project?

Yes. The Sainte-Adèle zoning by-law expressly authorizes 'tourism residence' use (short-term rental) in the Project Heritage zone — see pages 250, 411 and 429 of the official by-law. A CITQ certificate is required post-construction.
