Governance & team
Projet Héritage is a chalet-rental development in Sainte-Adèle, governed by a formal co-ownership declaration. You buy your lot, you build with the contractor you choose, you self-manage your rental or pick whoever you want.
Legal frame
Active syndicate, registered with the Quebec Registraire des entreprises. The declaration of co-ownership, building rules and official price list are handed to every serious buyer and reviewed by your notary before closing.
Co-founders
The two co-owners who built Projet Héritage. Patrick Poulin is also a co-founder of Reserver.ca (Quebec STR management) and founder of Chic Chalet, an STR portfolio operated since 2014. Patrick Béland is the on-the-ground operator: site, municipal relations, construction follow-up. Chantal Ducharme, sales representative, handles price-list requests and coordinates visits.
Rental partner
Reserver.ca is our STR-management partner — not a forced builder, not a mandatory manager. Four project chalets (H4350, H4355, H1491, Heritage Corpo) operate under its brand, giving you a concrete shop window for what a Heritage chalet can generate. You're free to self-manage or use any other operator.
