Does requesting the price list commit me to buying?
No. The full dossier is shared freely with serious buyers. Receiving the price list is neither a promise to purchase nor a reservation. A conditional purchase promise (financing, survey, co-ownership declaration) is only signed if you decide to move forward after seeing the land.
How many lots are still available?
More than 50 % of the current-phase lots have already been sold. The official price list contains the up-to-date status of every lot (sold / reserved / available). We refresh it continuously — the version you'll receive is the latest at the time of your request.
Can I build with my own contractor?
Yes. No builder is imposed by the project. You build yourself or with the RBQ-licensed contractor of your choice. No rental management company is mandatory either — manage your own Airbnb or work with the partner of your choice.
What's the price range?
Project Heritage certified lots start at 119,000 CAD. The per-lot range depends on size, frontage, water-access, and orientation. The official list has the current numbers.
